The company was founded in 1988 and started trading primarily in the sale and leasing of Residential property. In 1997, the Commercial and Industrial brand Pears Commercial was launched.
Pears Commercial specialises in the selling and letting of commercial and industrial property predominantly in the southern suburbs and greater Cape Town area.
Combined with the additional services such as property investment analysis, valuations, site evaluations and lease audits and in association with financial institutions and other property professionals the company has created an excellent niche business.
Understanding the clients and landlords requirements and providing the necessary property advice and guidance creating exceptional and lasting relationships with the clients.
Managed by Kevin Childs, Owner and Broker, and his dedicated team, the company has shown continuous growth contributing considerably to the overall profitability of the Pears Property Group.
